Xylem Inc. is a large American water technology provider, enabling customers worldwide to transport, treat, test and efficiently use water in public utility, residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial settings. Its accounts report two segments: Water infrastructure (made up of businesses serving clean water delivery, wastewater transport and treatment, dewatering and analytical instrumentation) and Applied Water (comprising businesses in residential and commercial building services, industrial and agricultural applications).

The interview process at Xylem Inc. is straightforward. There is a common skills assessment which covers subjects including but not limited to reading, writing, speaking, and basic math. Applicants must bring their resume with them to the interview. Some applicants go through a email screening before progressing to an in person interview.
