Types of jobs you could find at TMC Transportation®

Driver/Operator

This position is for a team lease position that offers a position in an elite group of drivers. The team offers support for drivers and is perfect for those looking for opportunities that are exceptional. The team offers a pay increase over old rates to $1.00-1.08 per mile as well as a $3,400 sign on bonus. The team also offers weekly settlements and a warranty on the truck. Trucks for the team are 2017 Volvos and Freight liners and you do get tire discounts and fuel discounts as well. This position does require CDL A and at least 1 year of experience.

Safety Representative

This position requires that applicants have a High School Diploma or GED and prefers that applicants have at least 0-2 years experience in a customer facing role. As the safety representative you will need to be able to request, coordinate and/or review driver records within the time limits specified for them. You will also have to check DOT regulations and report any issues you find to upper management. This position will also require that you review CSA and accident information to identify any discrepancies as well as look at historical information for areas with high violations. You must also notate and record driver safety information.
