Room Attendant

Room Attendants at Sheraton are responsible for providing guests with clean, beautiful hotel rooms according to the company's demanding standards. Room Attendants will clean bedrooms and bathrooms, organize and fill their cart and closet, and carefully follow all sanitation and safety procedures and guidelines. Occasionally, they will be required to perform additional cleaning duties, such as cleaning spills or fulfilling guest requests.

Front Desk Agent

As the first point of contact for weary travelers, Front Desk Agents must be fully focuses on provided world-class customer service. Duties include assisting guests checking in and out, verifying all information during both processes, and promoting the benefits of becoming a Preferred Guest. The ideal Front Desk Agent has at least two years of previous experience working directly with customers.

Cocktail Server

Sheraton Hotel and Resorts are known for exciting restaurants and bars, and a Cocktail Server is at the heart of this success. Duties include serving food, beverages, and using effective sales techniques. Cocktail Servers are responsible for operating a cash register, performing safety checks, and keeping the bar and nearby tables clean. One year of previous restaurant or equivalent experience is required.
