Types of jobs you could find at R + L Carriers®

Driver Operator

Drivers have a wide range of options including team and line drivers. We offer terminal to terminal driving opportunities as well as linehaul runs that include either system or dedicated runs with some runs allowing drivers to be home every day. These positions offer an average of 5,500 miles a week for team drivers and 2,500 miles for linehaul drivers. We also offer local city driver positions that allow applicants to pick up and deliver shipments to customers within a set radius from the origination point. This is a work week job from Monday to Friday. You may be working on the terminal dock as needed. Drivers for all positions must be at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of 12 months of tractor trailer driving experience, must have a safe driving record, and must hold a class A CDL with HAZMAT and Doubles endorsement.

Biller

Applicants will be required to make invoices, review error reports, and audit special accounts. Applicants are preferred to have billing experience, transportation experience, knowledge of AS400 systems, and be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Applicants must be over 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or GED.
