About Regal Cinema®

Regal Cinemas is one of the largest theater chains in the US, with 580 theaters with almost 7,400 screens in over 40 states. Regal Cinemas also operate under the brands Edwards Theatres, United Artists Theatre Company and Hoyts Cinemas. In its theaters, you can expect to find stadium seating and 12.7 screens in over 75% of their theaters. Along with making a profit from showing films, they also co-own National CineMedia, which distributes ads before and during previews. Regal Cinemas were founded in 2002.

Types of jobs you could find at Regal Cinema®

Theatre Maintenance

Responsibilities for this position include doing minor repairs that do not fall under the responsibility of the Technical Services Department, performing daily inspections, and painting. Although maintenance experience is preferred, it is not required. Must be able to effectively communicate with other theater employees.

Customer Service Representative

This position will provide customers service for all inbound calls. The customer service rep will also have to make outbound phone calls, take orders over the phone, helps resolve customer issues and will handle customer concerns with patience and understanding.

Floor Staff

The floor staff is the face of the theater. The floor staff team members will be tasked with running the Box Office selling tickets, the Concession Stand selling delectable goodies, or as an Usher checking guests into the theater rooms.
