Supervisor

Supervisors at Ralphs are responsible for making sure product is correctly received, handled, and stored. They are also responsible for ensuring Team Members are productive and that the store is operating smoothly. Supervisors will conduct meetings with associates, prepare staff schedules, train and coach associates, and complete essential store functions as necessary. Supervisors are required to have a High School Diploma or GED, with previous leadership experience.

Loss Prevention

A Loss Prevention Specialist at Ralphs is responsible for protecting the company's assets. This includes protecting merchandise from potential thieves and helping management reduce wasted time. Loss Prevention Specialists will monitor security equipment and perform plain clothes walkarounds. They must adhere carefully to all local, state, and federal laws while performing their duties.
