Pilgrim's Pride Corporation, also known as Pilgrim's, is an American food company, currently the largest chicken producer in the United States and Puerto Rico and the second-largest chicken producer in Mexico. It exited bankruptcy in December 2009 and relocated its U.S. headquarters to Greeley, Colorado, in 2011.

The interview procedure at Pilgrims Pride is straightforward. There is a common skills assessment which covers subjects including but not limited to reading, writing, articulation, and simple math. Applicants must bring their resume with them to the interview. Some applicants go through a phone screening prior to progressing to an in person interview. Former employees have reported that it is important to show that you are capable of coping with stressful situations, working in a fast paced setting, have a flexible schedule, and communicating with others. Once through the interview process, all new hires are required to go through a formal training.
