Intel Security Group (previously McAfee, Inc. /?mæk?fi?/) is an American global computer security software company headquartered in Santa Clara, California, and the world's largest dedicated security technology company. The company has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel since February 2011, and now forms part of its Intel Security division. Intel confirmed in 2014 that it planned to drop the McAfee brand.

The interview procedure at McAfee is typical. There is a common skills assessment which covers subjects including but not limited to reading, writing, articulation, and basic math. Applicants must bring their resume with them to the interview. Some applicants go through a phone screening before progressing to an in person interview. Current employees have reported that it is important to show that you are capable of handling stressful situations, working in a fast paced setting, have a flexible schedule, and collaborating with others. Once through the screening process, all new hires are required to go through a formal training.
