Types of jobs you could find at Lowes®
Loader
Loaders are hired to assist customers as they carry and load their heavy purchases. They are required to perform basic mathematical functions related to weight and measurements, and assist customers throughout the store as necessary. They are also responsible for maintaining the store's outside appearance by tidying up and gathering carts back inside.
Sales Specialist
Lowe's hires sales specialists for specific store areas, such as paint or plumbing. A Sales Specialist is responsible for familiarizing themselves with all products in their assigned department, so they can assist customers and answer any questions they may have. As necessary, they may be required to operate basic machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Customer Service Associate
Customer Service Associates in Lowe's are required to answer general customer inquiries, keep the shelves stocked, and help maintain the store's cleanliness. They will need to assist ringing customers up on the cash registers and work more than one zone at once if necessary. As necessary, they may be required to operate basic machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
