About Little Caesar's®

Using dough that is made fresh every day, 100 percent mozzarella and Munster cheese, and pizza sauce with a secret blend of spices that customers love, Little Caesars operates and franchises approximately 2,500 carryout restaurants throughout the United States and ten other countries. Little Caesars can be located in strip malls, malls, or stand alone stores.

Types of jobs you could find at Little Caesar's®

Sign Dancer

If you are energetic, can attract attention, and like to have fun while working, becoming a Little Caesars Sign Dancer may be for you. This is not your average sign holder position. You must be able to stand during your entire shift, while interacting with potential customers on the street and near the store. Yes, you may have to act like a cartoon character or a clown waiving at cars. You do need to do what you can within reason to attract attention to Little Caesars.

Cashier

As a cashier at Little Caesars, you must be able to serve customers using the Ten Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and proper telephone and front counter procedures. You must be able to project a proper and professional Little Caesars image at all times. Cleaning and organizing your workstation is also required.

Crew

As a member of the Little Caesars Crew, you report to the restaurant manager, assistant manager, and shift leader. All customer service standards must be followed when serving and preparing for customers. All Little Caesars recipes, specifications, and safety and security procedures must be followed when preparing customer orders. Your workstation should also be cleaned and organized, according to Little Caesars handbook standards.
