Administrative Specialist

An Administrative Specialist provides support in scheduling appointments, answering and directing calls, retrieving and distributing mail, filing correspondence in its proper place, and composing proper correspondence to inquiries as required. Additional general office support may also be required as directed.

Training Specialist

A Training Specialist provides expert training to Army units deploying to an operational theater on efficient and effective utilization of IED Defeat Operations. Integrating gaming software applications into training which would allow teams, crews, squads, and platoons to rehearse and validate their unit C-IED SOPs prior to live training may also be required.

Help Desk Technician

Installing software and network equipment as directed is required. Help Desk Technicians should also be able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems encountered on various desktop systems, servers, the Internet, and other computer technology. Technical support to end-users regarding computer software and hardware is also required.
