Secretary

Secretaries are expected to greet visitors, answer phones, complete forms, schedule meetings, file documents, maintain supplies and sort mail. This entry level position requires a HS diploma in addition to good communication skills and a pleasant telephone demeanor.

Ward Clerk

Clerk is required to assist and greet patients, answer and direct phone calls, enter data and assist with work in the lab. Beyond that, clerks are expected to manage file records, including destroying and verifying them as necessary. For job credentials, potential applicants are expected to have a HS diploma/GED as well as six months of medical experience. Some travel is also required.

Front Desk Coordinator

This day shift, part-time job requires a regular Monday-Friday work schedule in daytime hours. Responsibilities include acting as the facility receptionist, answering referral calls, ensuring data is collected and completing patient admissions. For job credentials, you should have a HS diploma/equivalent as well as six months of relevant work experience.
