About Fossil®

Fossil is an internationally recognized company that designs, markets, and sells consumer fashion accessories worldwide. The company's slogan, 'Long Live Vintage,' embodies its design aesthetic, an authentic, cool look inspired by mid-century fashions. While the company began as a watch-maker, customers can now find a diverse array of products under its owned and licensed brands. These products, which include watches, handbags and leather goods, jewelry, sunglasses, footwear, and select apparel, are sold in over 240 domestic and 300 international company-owned retail and outlet stores, as well as licensed and franchised stores, department stores, specialty retail stores, on cruise ships, and at retail concession stands. Fossil owned brands include Fossil, Relic, Michelle, Zkagen, and Zodiac; and licensed brands include DKNY, Emporio Armani, Karl Lagerfeld, Marc by Marc Jacobs, and Michael Kors.

What to Expect When Interviewing

Fossil employee culture is very biased toward its own brand, so be certain to look the part at the interview. Basic retail questions would follow, asking about problem solving and the ability to handle customer service challenges. A job offer could arrive in as little as a few days. Two interviews may be required and the pay rate negotiation is minimal, but worth a try.
