About Disney®

Disney has become such a popular household name and is now a mass media corporation worth millions. Started in 1923 as an animation studio, it quickly grew to incorporate cartoons, television shows as well the most loved theme parks we all know of today. Households across the world turn their televisions on everyday to the Disney Channel and kids everywhere love the same characters that their parents knew as children and Mickey Mouse, one of the most beloved characters is still a favorite after 80 years! There are now fourteen theme parks including the new Harry Potter theme park in Orlando.

What to Expect When Interviewing

Slightly more than half the interviewed applicants applied online and the majority of them reported a positive experience. The general consensus is that response time to initial application is less than a week, and consists of a phone interview with a recruiter. This interview discusses generic questions about your interest in the company, your reasons for leaving present employment, and expectations of the position. You may encounter an online interview or personality assessment as well. The entire process could take from 2 weeks to 2 months, based on the position for which you are applying.
