Crowley Maritime Corporation, based in Jacksonville, Florida, and founded in 1892, is primarily a family and employee-owned company that provides transportation and logistics services in U.S. and international markets. What to Expect When Interviewing
The interview process at Crowley Maritime is typical. There is a basic skills assessment
which covers subjects including but not limited to reading, writing, articulation, and basic math. Applicants
must bring their resume with them to the interview. Some applicants go through a online screening prior to
progressing to an in person interview. Current employees have reported that it is important to show that
you are capable of coping with stressful situations, working in a fast paced setting, have a flexible schedule,
and communicating with others. Once through the screening process, all new employees are required to go through
a basic training.
