Types of jobs you could find at Cinemark Movies®

Ushers

Primary responsibilities include; maintaining the auditorium, ensure the restrooms and lobbies are clean for use by customers, and control admission into the theatres. Ushers will also be required to; answer customer inquiries, give directions to different movie theatres, enforce rating ensuring that children do not have access to theatres with adult content, help guests to their seats, and monitor theatres to ensure image and picture quality are per Cinemark standards. Applicants should hold a high school diploma, be able to work on their feet, and be able to handle customers.

Snack Bar Attendants

The snack bar attendant will be responsible for serving up customers with their food and beverage. Responsibilities include food preparation, take customer orders, process customer payments, ensure the snack bar is always clean and up to expected standards, and stock the food shelves. Applicants should be 18years, should be able to work with no supervision and should be computer literate. Prior working experience in the same position is an added advantage.

Cashier

Cashier will be responsible for selling box-office movie tickets to guests and successfully completing all ticket purchases. Other responsibilities include; answering customer inquiries on movie content, enforce rating ensuring that children do not have access to movies with adult content, answer the phone, and provide directions to all the guests, inform guests on any new offers, complete relevant weekly reports, and inform clients on the latest movies available.
