Bennigan's is an Irish pub-themed casual dining restaurant chain founded in 1976 in Atlanta by legendary restaurateur Norman E. Brinker as one of America's original casual dining concepts. Best known for its World Famous Monte Cristo and "where every day is St. Paddy's Day," the company is now 100 percent owned by "Legendary Restaurant Brands, LLC" and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

What to Expect When Interviewing

The interview procedure at Bennigans is straightforward. There is a common skills assessment which covers subjects including but not limited to reading, writing, speaking, and basic math. Applicants must bring their resume with them to the interview. Some applicants go through a online screening prior to progressing to an in person interview. Former employees have reported that it is important to show that you are capable of coping with stressful situations, working in a fast paced setting, have a flexible schedule, and collaborating with others.
