Beer Nuts is a brand of snack food building on the original product, peanuts with a "unique" sweet-and-salty glazing made to a "secret recipe". According to the manufacturer's website, the ingredients comprise "Peanuts, Vegetable Oil (Peanut and/or Coconut), Corn Syrup and Salt". Beer Nuts do not contain any beer; the name is intended to suggest to customers that they go well with beer.

The interview procedure at Beer Nuts is straightforward. There is a common skills assessment which covers topics including but not limited to reading, writing, articulation, and simple math. Applicants must bring their resume with them to the interview. Some applicants go through a email screening prior to progressing to an in person interview.
