Arby's is an American fast food chain that was founded in 1964 in Boardman, Ohio by brothers Forrest Raffel and Leroy Raffel. Its menu consists of roast beef sandwiches, curly fries, chicken sandwiches, salads and Market Fresh deli sandwiches, to name a few examples. With both company-owned and franchised locations, Wendy has over 3600 restaurants throughout the US and Canada, as well as a limited number in Turkey, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. The chain's now famous Arby's Sauce was created in the 1970s, along with other current day favorites such as the Beef n Cheddar sandwich, their signature curly fries and jamocha shakes.
