The company sells its products to commercial stationers, newspapers, produce growers, the United States government, post offices, retailers, promotional products industry, and industrial packaging houses. Originally, Alliance rubber bands were made from cutting reject rubber inner tubes, it went on to expand its business in 1944 with an additional production plant in Hot Springs, AR. Alliance patented the Open-Ring® style rubber band in 1957 and created the first continuous cure rubber band production line in 1970.

What to Expect When Interviewing

The interview process at Alliance Rubber Company is similar to competitors. There is a common skills assessment which covers subjects including but not limited to reading, writing, speaking, and basic math. Applicants must bring their resume with them to the interview.
