Store Associate

These positions are essential to keep ALDI running. Store Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and stocking merchandise. Applicants must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Warehouse Order Selectors

ALDI is in need of warehouse assistance in their O'Fallon Distribution Center in Missouri. Warehouse Order Selectors are provided training to learn the responsibilities of their new role, which consists of moving full cases of grocery products from the warehouse stock. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, as well as evening availability hours.

Shift Manager

Alternating among Shift Manager and Cashier duties, this position manages the store and oversees employees when the Store Manager is not present. This requires assuring that the store is properly cleaned, stocked, and that customer concerns are resolved. Applicants must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
