Types of jobs you could find at Aeropostale®

Sales Associate

The sales associate is the first person customers contact when they enter the store. This position requires somebody who is friendly and enjoys helping customers. Responsibilities include showing customers what is available, checking other stores for items they are looking for and checking them out.

Store Sales Leader

The store sales leader will be responsible for training associates about current products. They will assist in meeting sales plans and supervising the selling floor. 2 years experience as a supervisor is a plus.

Assistant Store Manager

An assistant store manager's primary focus will be to support the store manager. Their tasks will include recruiting and hiring new associates, training all staff so that they are floor ready and assist in creating displays. College degree or 1 year experience as a manager is preferred.
