About Academy Sports + Outdoors®

Team Sales Associate

Prompt and friendly customer service is the most important skill Team Sales Associates can bring to Academy. Performing price and SKU lookups is required, along with setting and maintaining weekly ad signage and merchandise planograms. Conducting price changes as directed may also be required.

Camping Sales Associate

Like the Team Sales Associate position, prompt and friendly customer service is also required of Camping Sales Associates. Conducting price changes as directed and maintaining weekly ad signage and merchandise planograms is also required. Performing price and SKU lookups may also be required to provide quality customer service.

Custodian

A custodian performs the necessary tasks required to keep Academy stores clean, inviting, and customer friendly. Cleaning the parking lot, emptying trash (both inside and outside the store,) and gathering shopping carts is also required. Every task must be completed according to company policies and standards and according to leadership and management direction.
